We had no direct contact nor had there been participation by Molly Swanson, the individual who wrote this review. Not only do we disagree with this assessment because it has no basis in fact, we asked the law firm to remove it. Attorney Ben Swanson requested it be taken down, yet the reviewer refused to do so.

Our business relationship with the Swanson Law Group was initiated and led by Attorney Ben Swanson. He was our primary and only contact.

As most law firms are aware, the legal vertical is one of the most competitive Google search categories. Not only were we clear and fully transparent with Ben Swanson on expectations and timing for his site in his very competitive #6 DMA market, but we also provided an 18-month timeframe to begin seeing results from his previous site's position on Page 10.

It was shocking to get a cancellation notice only months into the process. We closely guided Ben Swanson through the strategy and process and at no time did he raise concerns or disagree. Quite the reverse, there was alignment and a shared vision. If there wasn't, we would have not proceeded with the site's development.

The Swanson Law Group retained us to develop a strategy for the firm leveraging SEO/digital best practices. When law firms hire our agency, that is exactly what they are seeking: our unparalleled expertise in the field of digital legal advertising.

Additionally, we did not refuse to provide the website. The Swanson Law Group did not meet the minimum contractual requirement which would have permitted use of the website assets.

In the short time that the law firm was with us, we honored the terms of our work relationship, provided excellent service, and even went beyond the scope by assisting with operational aspects of their business, including sharing intake best practices.

The law firm adopted unrealistic expectations of when the site would rank on Page 1 in their competitive market. We set expectations before the contract was signed and will not be held responsible for something the law firm chose to ignore.

It is so unfortunate that a business professional or law firm would take to a public forum to make slanderous and false statements against our agency's name and reputation that are not rooted in fact.
