Recently sold our house via Erik. He is very young and yet has vast knowledge and networking of a veteran. He helped with many things that he didnt have to. His communication is top rate. When with a client they have his full attention. No answering phone or texts. That said he responds asap to every message afterwards. No ignoring or days later responses. Very happy and would recommend him to anyone!

I was referred to Erik through an associate with the realty group Erik is part of, as he is licensed in CT. Working with Erik, I found him to be knowledgeable of the market, home construction, and as well as each step of the buying process, which was helpful as a first time home buyer. He was also quite flexible for hours, as my work has a non traditional schedule, and creative for getting showings done with video showings to afford me the ability to see the homes as they came on the market. His knowledge of the market was instrumental in advising on making offers, and updating as soon as information was available. When it came time to closing on a rehab property, he was able to negotiate an updated price to reflect the changes in the cost of repair, reducing the cost by 13k in this current market was impressive, and was quick to line up a contractor to meet the needs of both me and the bank. As Ive worked with him, Ive found him to value integrity, honesty, and service, and a desire to be a resource for the home buyer even after closing.
