I can not recommend Canon Real Estate strongly enough. They were amazing partners throughout the sales process of our family's property in Easthampton. Bob had great advice from the start on how to price and market the property. He and his team worked tirelessly to show the property and make sure it was looking great and presented well. And once we engaged a buyer, they made all the right moves to get the sales closed. We were remote so they did not hesitate to take it on themselves to solve problems that came up along the way. Since we were first time homebuyers, we really wanted to find an agency that was well trusted and informed about the area we were looking to find a home. Not to mention, given the competitive market, we needed a lot of guidance. Canon Real Estate, in Easthampton, is highly regarded, experienced, and knowledgeable of the local area. We met the Team during a first time homebuyer seminar we attended last January. We were very impressed by the presentation and in the Spring, we decided to reach out. We are so thankful that we did. Our agent, Kristin Trytko, quickly reached out and started us on our homebuying journey. She was very responsive and provided us with the information we needed. She was always looking out for us and ensured that we were informed of any new properties as soon as possible. When we were interested in properties, she made sure to schedule us quickly, which we appreciated. Thanks to Jill Vincent-Lapan and the amazing team at Canon Real Estate, we just closed on our first house. Looking back it's hard to believe how easy Jill made it for us at every single step along the way. It really feels like we just signed a few papers and ended up in our dream home.
