Last Saturday morning, I found myself in an urgent need for plumbing services due to an unexpected situation that required immediate attention. Since I knew no one in the area, I googled, and found Aquarius Plumbing. I filled in their form and to my surprise, I received a response in a few minutes. Mike and I exchanged a few emails, I sent some measurements and pics, following his instructions, and he set the time. They showed up right on time, doing the job perfectly, leaving the place nice and clean. I enjoyed his and his son's personal and professional manners. I do appreciate your job Mike!

My Navien combi-boiler failed and fortunately was covered under warranty...although I had to pay for labor and added parts. I called a few places to see when they would be available and get estimates. Mike at Aquarius was responsive and helpful, he proactively reached out to Navien to get things moving right away...we were without heat and hot water! Technicians, Kyle and Beau picked up the boiler and came out to our home so they knew what they would need to complete the install. They were very friendly and made me feel at ease, reassuring me that they could get it done the next day...and they did! I just want to thank them for taking care of me and my family and I will be calling to get the maintenance done next year and the year after that... Service: Water heater installation
