Mr Wagner is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his inspections. He spent several hours walking me through the process as he did his inspection, informing me of his findings along the way and explaining everything in great detail. When all was said and done I was left feeling much more informed on the intricacies of the home inspection process. I would very highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and professional home inspector.

Ed was fantastic! We were in a pinch for timing for an inspection and Ed was responsive and professional. During the inspection Ed was thorough, detailed, and precise in his report. We appreciate his knowledge and expertise in the field as it pertained to each area of the property. We are very satisfied and will hire again for a trusted inspection.

Ed's inspection services were recommended to me through a co-worker and he was great! Ed performed a very thorough home inspection and was personable. I would definitely recommend him to a friend, and especially to first-time home buyers.

I reached out to Ed for air sampling and information about mold. I almost feel silly writing a review.. he's got so many 5 stars! I didn't use Ed for his services but he was very, no EXTREMELY, helpful with a situation i was having and would not hesitate to use him for any inspection needs. He's very knowledgeable (i was looking into a mold situation with my landlord) and generous with that knowledge. Not only did he make it very clear what he could do for me he explained how mold works, the remediation process and what i needed to be on the lookout for if my landlord went with someone else (which she did and i didn't trust their results). He let me know what the remediators should do, how to find out what products they would be using and about the product data sheets and what followup testing should be done. Hopefully i will use him for the independent air sampling after all remediation steps are complete, but also i would never hesitate to call him again if i had another job i needed done and happily recommend him! (only gave him 4 out of 5 stars because i hadn't actually used his services! Will update if and when i do)
