New England Vacation Rentals and Property Management

We didn't start working with the NEVR team with our new Provincetown Condo until late in the season, and didn't have many weeks booked. The NEVR approach was not about slapping up a post and waiting to see what came. Listing details and photography were improved, amenities details were perfected, and more sophisticated marketing and pricing considerations were made. We think we're giving our guests a better experience and value, and are pretty fully booked right into September, too!

I second the reviews and agree that Sonnie and Joanne do an outstanding job of managing the properties, particularly for owners who are not always on site. They are both responsive and proactive and we really enjoy working with them.

Joanne and Sonnie run one amazing property management guest service! They get all of the little details that make a vacation stay worthwhile for guests which helps owners book solid rentals with success! They are constantly in touch with reminders and tips about how to care for your property, get it ready for the season and best practices for winterizing. We made a good decision when we chose NEVR - its a great partnership!

I am a homeowner who lists our property for rental with New England Vacation Rentals and could not be more pleased with how the first summer season went! They were able to fill every week for us and their help has been immeasurable! We could not have done it without them since we live far away! Communication has been fantastic and we have received extremely quick responses to any questions or concerns that we have. Their maintenance department is also amazing! They are very quick to respond and have been able to solve and fix any issues that weve had! We are looking forward to working with them again for another successful rental season!
