CrossFit Arsenal- Fitness and Jiu Jitsu

Had a wonderful experience here in Emily's "baby and me" class. The workouts were really tailored to postpartum recovery and fitness. Emily is amazing, holding fussy babies and inspiring moms to get a great workout in. Bonus is meeting other moms in the area! Cannot recommend this enough if you just had a baby and want to get back into some semblance of a fitness routine.

Love this gym. Having trained bjj at a few different gyms, I can honestly say that this gym has been the best. Jason is very knowledgeable not just in bjj, but in other disciplines as well. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The pace of the instruction part of the classes are balanced and easy to follow (even with complex sequences). The rolls are competitive, yet slow enough to practice techniques. A true family atmosphere.

Awesome people and amazing staff! If youre hesitant to try CrossFit, give this place a try and see for yourself. You wont be able to wait for the next class!
