        Super excited about my recent purchase. At some point Im going to have to go to the actual store but in the mean time, the online store worked great. Im loving the style options. I live in Vermont and we dont have a great selection of kids clothes. Quality of the clothes is great, and super stylish. Delivery was super speedy and very nicely packaged.

        Coat never arrived in time and I paid $50 extra for expedited delivery. Pls put a trace on this. K

        Buyer beware! Ordering from Mini Ruby has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. Their Mini Ruby Society is just a marketing gimmick, I still had to pay for upgraded shipping (and then wait for a refund for the fictitious membership) to get my order in time for a photo shoot, and yet they shipped it UPS Ground instead. Needless to say, it didnt arrive on time, and when I called before it arrived, having tracked it and seen it was not shipped UPS 2-Day, I was told a manager would get back to me. Well, it has been over 7 weeks now, and many, many emails later, and Im still waiting. I returned a different order 6 weeks ago and never received a refund. With so many websites that sell the same brands, I would definitely stay far away!

        It was a pleasure ordering from mini ruby. The items arrived really quickly, exactly as shown & when I had to return 1 of the items, the return was free & quick as well. Definately recommend ordering from this company!
