Things have changed significantly here between short-staffage and theft/shoplifting. It's a sign of the times and it's a shame because they are close to where I am have good deals weekly. Getting someone to open a case for toiletries just isn't ideal.

This place is a joke, if you can just go to somewhere else, this place have almost everything locked up and you need press a button and wait someone may appears to help you get a toothpaste or a hand soup so this guys are doing a good job preventing a shoplift and a fantastic job preventing his customers to buy!!!

Its so unfortunately how this target has changed because i used to love coming here. Today I visited in the early afternoon and they recently added signage so now self check out is ten items or less. However there were lines wrapping around the aisles for the two cashiers that were open while the self check had no line. They also have started locking everything from shampoo to mens underwear up, so you need to wait to have an employee help you. The aisles were busy with people just waiting for employees. I always feel so bad when I need to keep calling the same employee to different sections to unlock all the cases. They seem understaffed, or used to people just giving up and leaving, so you need to wait a long time for someone to come. In my opinion, I dont think the frustration it causes customers is worth what target would have lost from theft.
