Pioneer Valley Lawn Sprinklers

Customer service was great but they don't service anyone who hasn't moved into a new house. Never heard of any locally owned company not wanting local business.

Poor customer service.Had them for years and they were goodBUT, once a problem happened thats when it all fell apart for them. They closed our sprinkler improperly and trapped water between the two air valves on the venting assembly coming off the house which ended up freezing and cracking. When I asked for them to come out, they wanted to charge me full price and would not work with us. They tried blaming us for not shutting the water off but that was clearly not true otherwise anyone with common sense would have not blow them out. Bottom line, their customer service was horrible and they take no responsibility in their own actions. They wouldnt even take a little responsibility! And I spoke to both the women and the guy. So they both lack Customer Service. I would stay away. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I had used this company to winterize my sprinkler system. When I went to use it this spring I noticed that my Valve box was leaking. Ive never used them before and will never use them again. I called to see when they could come look at it and fix it for me. And the girl said she had no idea when they could come fix it and wouldnt be able to give me a call back for a few days. And wasnt sure when she would call back. I asked a few questions and then the owners wife got on the phone. Told me she doesnt like my attitude and to have someone else fix it. Then hung up on me. I called back and asked if I had someone else fix it will they pay for it? She said absolutely not and hung up again. Very horrible customer service. For all those in Western MA looking to use them do your due diligence and make a few more calls. You will be completely mistreated by this company. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
