Atrium Dental Group

I may say that I am terrified of dentist and this is the first dentist. Ive been to in 30 years that made me feel comfortable. They honestly did an awesome job removing a broken tooth. Their dental assistant was awesome keeping me calm and guiding me through the steps. the receptionist was also very helpful checking me in and checking me out they have a great team I highly recommend Atrium Dental Group.

The front staff is simply amazing with continuous smiles and friendliness. The appointment doesnt even seem like a dental appointment. I thought I was somewhere else like a spa when I sat in the dental chair. I thought the day of friendly people in customer service was gone , but this Dental Group has seemed to have found the right staff and they know the right people to hire. Jackie and Christie were very attentive together with Irena and the Doctor. They understand customer service and simply care. Ive had contact with four team members, including the doctor and I am really pleased. I heard conversations with other staff members and they were just as nice to their clients as well. Jackie and Christie are so welcoming on the phone and in person. I was referred to come to the Atrium Dental Group and what a blessing. Great attitudes all around and Irena was fantastic with my X-rays, cleanings, etc. she also worked around my time, as I scheduled an appointment to close. She still managed to get me seen by the Doctor, who was a pleasure also. I never have been to a dental group like this before. Beautiful experience.

Irina did an amazing job with cleaning. The office is friendly. Ive moved and about 20 miles away from the office but I continue to go to Atrium Dental.
