        DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will damage your car and take no responsibility for faulty machinary. My license plate was bent, license plate guard broken, and bumper sratched - THEY WOULDNT EVEN PAY FOR A NEW GUARD (after market is the reason....)THAT WAS ON THE CAR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!!!!! Stratches all the way through my bumper into license plate/guard, but the scratches weren't from the car wash??????WASHING IN THE DRIVEWAY GOING FORWARD, NEVER GOING TO ANY FL ROBERTS OWED FACILITIES AGAIN.....Congrats you saved 8 bucks and lost car washes 20 bucks a pop, oil changes 70 bucks a pop, gas fill up 40 bucks a pop.....Horrible company!!!

        The car wash attendants do a good job. Sometimes there can be a long wait for the vacuums but that's just part of going to the car wash.

        Wash was incomplete after two rounds (paid for the 17$ option. Car was dirty from road trip). Gave me the second go through free but the wash still left soap everywhere and missed a spot or two on the back. The first round missed a huge and obvious spot on my passenger rear door. 3 stars because the attendant was nice and the free unlimited vacuum, otherwise It would be a 1. Will not coming back to this one otherwise until their system is fixed. This is the first time since I started driving 20 years ago that I had to have an automatic wash go through twice.

        Two weeks ago with tore off antenna had a woman call from the company attempted to get back to her several times left messages never got a response. I have a custom truck classic 1967 Ford the attendant was very professional filter paperwork. Got one call message left on my phone from a woman from the company tried a dozen times leaving a message and never got a response back from the company's representative female very disappointed and the professionalism of this company I'm going to have to go down and get another number cuz this is ridiculous.       Golden Nozzle Car Wash started in the 1970’s as a complement to the other motoring public businesses owned by F.L. Roberts & Company, headquartered in Springfield, MA. The name ‘Golden Nozzle’ derived from the color of the gas station pumps at F.L. Robert gas stations in Western Massachusetts. In the fall of 2016, Nouria Energy acquired F.L. Roberts & Company’s 26 convenience store and 22 Golden Nozzle Car Wash locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The chain has become the gold standard for car care in the region. Golden Nozzle’s successful Unlimited Wash Pass program began in 2008. Members of the monthly wash program enjoy unlimited car washes at any Golden Nozzle Car Wash location in five New England states.
