American Bulldog Towing & Roadside Assistance

My fianc and I used this towing company in the middle of a snow storm. He was able to get us out and we were grateful for that, however he hit a nearby car while trying to get us out and tore part of my fiancs frame apart. The owner of this company has since been ignoring calls from my fianc. He told us he left his insurance information at the home of the owner of the car but he never did, he told us he went and knocked on their door to talk to them but they were home and that was a lie. Then when the owner of the car finally got in touch with him, he denied he ever hit the car. When I called him and stated so you spoke with the owner of the car and lied about hitting the car his response was correct. So disappointed, he really helped us out of a bad situation and this could have been a good experience if he chose to be honest instead of deceitful. Would not recommend using this company unless you want to involve police, insurance companies and likely go to court. Service: Local hauling

Amazing! This TOW company saved my world on 4th of july weekend and the man that picked up my truck was amazing as well extremely professional and the nicest man that I have talked to in a long time THANK U SO MUCH AMERICAN BULLDOG TOWING & ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE U SAVED MY WORLD AND DAY!!!

After spending 5 hours waiting for my insurance "Progressive" to locate and send a tow truck to where my vehicles tire decided to give out, I chose to call around and check prices of local tow companies (I was only 10 minutes from my home), just to get a price quote. The first person I called was American Bulldog. Although the price was fair it was a little too steep for my pockets at this time. After explaining that I have been waiting FOREVER for my insurance to find me a tow truck and that the nearest service was another 3 hours away, Jay decided to deal with my insurance company and got the job to take my car to my home. It took 15 minutes. Thanks Jay! You did a thing today! My wife and I are grateful for your service. We would have been out there a whole 8 hours if it wasn't for you. Service: Car towing
