Great little sanctuary for a short walk. Check out the equinox sun dial at the top of the hill.

Great little nature walk. The longest loop is around 1.5miles and took a group of young scouts about 1 hr to complete. A good mix of hills and flats with a rewarding view in the middle at the top of the hill. Very limited parking though. All it takes is one person to park badly and the 5-6 spots turn into 2-3. Playground: No playground here Restrooms: No restrooms here Dog-friendliness: Dogs must be leashed but are welcome Picnic area: Bring a blanket and picnic on the top of the hill. No tables available.

Nice place to go for a walk in the woods. Easy trails and big open field at top of the hill overlooking Nichols college. Dogs are welcome on a leash. Dog-friendliness: Dog's on a leash. Picnic area: 1 picnic table in large field.
