Awful company with rude customer representatives. I was expecting a delivery from Samsung which was being delivered to the wrong address and they canceled the order rather than fixing the mistake, their customer representatives did not cooperate the mix-up and refused to get me in contact with the delivery driver.

Quite literally the worst shipping company I have ever used. Not only were their customer services representatives rude and unhelpful, I was repeatedly lied to about the location of my items as well as the delivery date. I would highly recommend avoiding using them to ship anything..ever.

They showed up 3 hours early with no notice they were going to be early. They called me when they were at the door and told me I had 20 minutes to get there or I had to reschedule. The rude driver told me the delivery windows given from costco are not accurate and they called me in the morning to tell me they would be early... even though THERE WAS 0 PHONE CALL FROM THEM IN THE AM. to top it all off, they called costco and LIED TO THEM saying they spoke to me and I stated I couldn't be there during my scheduled delivery time so that they could still get paid for the delivery. I can and will be there for my scheduled delivery time ! I told every person I spoke to I will be there 15 minutes prior to my scheduled delivery time. In fact at the time of writing this my scheduled delivery is still in an hour and a half and I will be home in only 30 minutes. I held up my end of the bargain, this awful company lied so that they don't have to hold up their end of the bargain
