Brandon helped us with an estate sale after the passing of a family member. He guided us through every step of the process, he was personal and easy to work with. Brandon was accurately able to set the expectations of sales price and how long the process would take. Once the property was under agreement, Brandon took on all aspects of getting the sales completed. He worked with attorneys from both sides, dealt with the fire inspections and kept us up to date through the whole process. My family and I would highly recommend working with Brandon, if you are buying or selling a house.
