This place is amazing!!! Both CK and James are great trainers! I was new to working out and never did I feel out of place here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. They have such an open family feel while also keeping you motivated and driven to reach your goals! I always feel supported when I am there; not only from the trainers but from other members as well. Love my new gym fam!

GAME CHANGER!!! Weight training over 50 might seem intimidating but dont panic CK and his amazing staff are FOCUSED on good nutrition and functional fitness that is vital to your health at ANY age. Flexibility, mobility and safety are paramount and at CKS Transformation, they take each member and design a plan that best fits the needs of YOU. My daughter (26yr old) has been Training at CKS and we could visibly see her physical and mental transformation within weeks. She invited me to come meet CK and try a session. I am a fitness and health Guru and a member of other gyms and yoga studios and have not been back since joining CKS. I can not express how CK and James have a welcomed and motivated me. I was so bored with my gym, and classes. I felt like it was the same thing day after day At CKS I feel like this was exactly the type of workout and motivation that I was missing! I felt a part of their fitness family instantly. CK & James make you feel so amazing about yourself and individualize your training to fit your specific needs. I cant even tell you how exceptional the experience has been for me. Each day I wake up so excited and motivated to go see the amazing sessions they have planned.
