Couldn't have asked for a better fitness coach. Steve was so helpful throughout the whole process on such a short notice and time frame I had to meet my goals. He kept me motivated and encouraged me every step of the way. I had to put in the work but he gave me the tools that I needed to kickstart my health and fitness journey. With the help of Olin Fitness I was able to jumpstart my weight loss journey. Steves guidance and support allowed me to get the foundation needed when it came to nutrition counseling. Also, the sauna is amazing! Highly recommend

This place is great! Steve explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I always felt comfortable and looked forward to going to my sessions. I lost the weight and inches quicker than I anticipated. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it.
