        I hate this old lady who answers calls and makes the appointment., Her hearing is weak and impatient, and her replies are always bad and cold on every call.

        I tried to make an appointment in June, my insurance didnt require referrals so I told them about my family history and why I wanted to see an endocrinologist. My sister has thyroid issues and my mom had thyroid cancer. They told me I couldnt be seen as they had to check with my PCP first, this was fine but I wanted to make the appointment regardless. The appointment was September 29th. I saw Dr. Ariza and mentioned the issues I was having. He did blood work which he stated all came back normal. I was sent home with Dexamethasone 1mg to take the 1 pill overnight and go back the next day for more blood work. The normal range that shows up on Quest is 180-550 and my results show 747. I will be seeing a new endocrinologist come the new year as from the beginning this office was impossible from the beginning to deal with, now I am worried that they are not giving correct information. Very sad as this practice came recommended but Im sorry I went here.
