Would give zero stars if that was possible. Could not even tell that they cleaned. To make matters worse, high price items were missing after they left & the owner ceased to respond when we tried to resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

I requested a move-in cleaning service from Bravo. We just bought a home and wanted it fully cleaned before we moved in... especially with COVID. Although I was originally pleased with their service, upon further inspection not much was done. I requested a full clean and even double checked that our cabinets, appliances and everything would be cleaned. We even had a walk through the home before they started cleaning. Overall the service was mediocre. There was dusk on all lights abs chandeliers. Bathroom drawers and cabinets weren't fully cleaned. There was dust still. I had to go over it all once we moved in which defeated the purpose of us hiring cleaners. Not very satisfied.

I have a property in Lowell, hired Raquel's team to restore my house back to normal again. I say restore because it was a horror movie. My tenants were there for 10 years leaving not just a mountain of trash behind but it look like the house has never been cleaned before. I can't begin to tell you how much work that took for my house that once was beautiful, to start to go back to its roots again. Massive work done by Maria and Mariza. Wow wow and wow. You won't regret it. Thanks BRAVO! job well done Beyond my expectations

I love BRAVO CLEANING SERVICES. I have been a customer for many years and can't say enough about their service.They are trustworthy, exceptional cleaning is done and whatever you want is done. They go into detail and do a superb job. I am a fussy person and they always fulfill my expectations. Thank you BRAVO CLEANING SERVICES.
