        Spoke with Mike because I needed a new stove. His guidance was fantastic and not sales driven. He gave me multiple options looking at what I currently had and in my price range. Love that they are local the customer service is always top notch!

        I bought a bunch of appliances over the years from Dracut Appliance. Went smooth as silk including a little warrantee work a year or so later. This time I choose to save about 5% and go to Lowes. It was and has been nothing but a complete nightmare with Lowes. Buy you appliances from a reputable appliance store only. Big box stores are great small stuff
