Today I went to the
Auto Zone store # 5142
1404 Dorchester Ave Dorchester, Ma 02122
I'm on a (Oxygen Tank) so it's hard for me to breathe walking , talking, laughing.
As I walked into the
auto zone store I was breathing hard.
Mr. Noel Sanabria opened the door he asked me can he take me by the arm gently and walk me into the store I said yes and then he
grabbed me a chair and he put it at the front door to let me sit down and catch my breath.
He said (Mam) please sit down, and I'll get what ever you need and he found everything I needed.
I explained to him I can't buy them today but I will come on 3/2/24 so he printed them out with the order numbers for me to make it easier for when I come back.
I never had anyone to serve me like this in a store in
(20 years) since I've been
disabled with my breathing.
He also gently walked me back to my car making sure I was ok, that made me feel like he really cared about me being safe.
When I got home I called the General Manager
