Unprofessional, rude to customers, they had my package in that facility for nearly 3 weeks and finally send it out to distribution center.

Some of these reviews are from people that came into the post office being absolutely ridiculous & rude. Kevon aka The Jamaican Guy is the most helpful employee this location has had in a while. Hes always friendly and he goes above and beyond for every customer. Anyone writing a negative review about him is simply creating a false narrative. As far as Ebony, she might be the most misunderstood employee of all. She helps everyone and tries to resolve situations before they get out of hand. The only people that discredit her are the people that have come into the office being rude and mean. These people come to this building to help out our area. We have to find better ways to deal with our anger instead of writing false reviews to bash people based off our own wrong-doings. Keep up the great work Codman! We appreciate your service !

Opts to not do work and insist your package isn't there, when it is in fact the only place it could be, and would take a 5 second check to confirm.

(Codman Square P.O.) The most unprofessional procedures Ive ever seen, who schedules appointments for Passports and tells EVERYONE DURING THOSE HOURS (that are standing in line), IM GOING TO LUNCH FOR 1 1/2 HOURS so can we all come back!!! The Jamaican guy was very nice, polite and and courteous, and worked great at his job and knew it well (after he came from lunch). Also, the young woman seemed to be holding her own, by keeping things moving as smoothly as possible considering she was alone. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION AT ALL!! 12/19/2023 - FORGET WHAT I SAID ABOUT THE JAMAICAN GUY Who knew his job!! I paid for my Passport in March 2023 and because he was negligent at his job, it caused the US Passport Agency to DENY ME!! I WOULDNT EVER LET THEM DO YOUR PICTURE, they screwed mine up twice and didnt want to take responsibility for it. And the manager Ebony is equally unprofessional, they should BOTH be put in the mail sorting room!! I am still fighting for my money and/or a Passport

The staff at this location are very rude. There is one woman who claims to be the manager of the place. She is extremely rude and awful. I would not recommend anyone do business at this location.
