Horrible store. Walked in before their stated closing hours to make a return before an emergency next day flight that had come up last minute. I opened the door and as soon as that happens a Karen looking employee (possibly manager) ran up to me before I set foot in the store and told me they were closed. There were 4 employees inside, 2 people were in line to check out and leave the store and it wasnt past their stated hours. I told her I just needed to return one item and I had the receipt and that I would be away for a week and it would pass the return period. She said Im sorry, our registers are closed even though I could clearly see people still paying for their things. I asked her if I could please join those people in line, and she kept reiterating our registers are closed. THEN HOW THE HELL ARE THOSE PEOPLE CHECKING OUT?! Four employees are still in the store: one at the register, 2 others folding, and this terrible manager. This location is horrible. This isnt the first time Ive had issues here. Anything from not honoring coupons or deals to employees randomly deciding to close hours ahead of time.
