        Very helpful staff. I was taking boots back to Scotland August 2023 as a gift for my son. The very polite and friendly gentleman made sure that I had exactly what I needed. Thank you.

        Came in just before closing at the Dedham mass location, like five minutes before closing and the gentleman working was very understanding he looked at my boots and saw how broken down and bad they were and he still took the time to measure my feet and get me into the right boots.

        Went in today (Black Friday) and was helped by Eric. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the products he was personable and identified my needs almost immediately. He put me in a pair of boots with custom supports and they have been the most comfortable and supportive boots Ive owned.
