IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD, THEY ARE SO RUDE ESPECIALLY THE GUY WHO WORK IN THE DESK. I CALLED FEW DAYS AGO AND THE LADY SAID THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME THE RECORD OF MY PRESCRIPTION AND CALL AGAIN BECAUSE MY DOCTOR WAS NOT THERE. I CALLED TODAY AND TRY THEM TO GET MY PRESCRIPTION RECORD SO THAT I CAN BUY MY GLASSES ON DIFFERENT STORE AND THE GUY WAS SO RUDE AND SAID I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE AND THEY WILL NOT TELL ME ON THE PHONE AND JUST HANG UP ON ME. I TRIED TO CALL THEM AGAIN AND THEY WOULD PICK UP BUT THEY WILL LEAVE IT HANGING IN THERE AND PUT MUSIC ON EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THAT THEY ARE IN THERE!!!! NEVER COME HERE. THEY JUST WANT YOU TO BUY THE GLASSES AND ITS EVEN EXPENSIVE.

I highly recommend the professional expertise, quality, selection, honesty, care and kindness. Conviently located by T.J.Maxx and Old Navy plenty of parking and near the MBTA bus service, handicap access. I especially love the new spring collection!!

The Dedham Pearle Vision is amazing! Romeo helped me pick out the best glasses, did all of the insurance stuff and made it super easy! They have a great selection of all kinds of brands! Oh and the best part was that I got my glasses the next day! If you need eyeglasses of any kind in any price range, this is where you should go!
