Great experience from beginning to end. The team made me feel very welcomed and answered all my silly questions. They went above and beyond in working on getting me the friends referral coupon savings. Im excited to get my new sleep number next week. I would highly recommend!

I was greatly disappointed by the way we were treated at the store. When we got there first time, there was a 20-30 min wait and then we were helped by a person who was handling two other customer. Its okay to deal with two customers but we felt like we were a burden to him. Few weeks later we went again. Same man had one customer and told us that it will be half an hour before he could serve us. This time he was not even willing to entertain us. It is ok to handle two customer as people need time without the store people to talk. But to refuse to serve us and send us home was not acceptable. They need to look at their staffing. They are not the only game in town. They lost us for good.

We had a very knowledge attentive sales man, his name was Zacarie. He showed us some beautiful beds and answered all our questions. He was instrumental in convincing us to buy our bed.
