I cannot say enough about my positive experiences with Clean Remodel. I have had flooding in my basement, loss of heat, plumbing issues in my kitchen and in my bathroom sink, and all were resolved by the service team at Clean Remodel. I am especially thankful for the helpful work of Enrique Quinones when I encountered problems with my aging roof. Enrique was able to work with my insurance company and file a claim, schedule an adjuster to come out to the house and Then I received the check right in the mail. I am so thankful that I received a full brand new roof. Since I am a real estate agent I would definitely recommend Clean Remodel to any of my clients who need help after disasters like fire, flood, mold, smoke, wind damageI or more. Clean Remodel is the standard of quality, service, and professionalism. Kevin and Enrique are so knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made a time that could have been so overwhelming and stressful, facing water damage and pretty extensive mitigation, accessible, manageable, and enjoyable. We had a long term leak behind a wall that forced us to do a full bathroom renovation. Clean Remodel did the remediation and the reconstruction work (including some structural work) for us. Enrique is very experienced in this line of work and deeply knowledgeable about all parts of the process, including working with insurance. He was very helpful in answering our many questions and he/Kevin were always easily reachable. Once the detailed scope of work was finalized, the work began fairly quickly; the process was very well organized and Enrique often stopped by the house to ensure work was happening according to plan and that we were satisfied with the progress. Both the Clean Remodel in house team (especially Alberto, Gavino, Alex) as well as several of the subcontractors were excellent at their job; they not only anticipated some issues but also creatively addressed new issues that popped up when walls were opened. They were very accommodating of any concerns raised or additional requests made. We would recommend working with Clean Remodel.
