Employees are unfriendly and throw racial slurs. They had no idea on how to instantly unblock a huge incoming deposit, was on the phone all day long then finally told me to wait for 2 working days. Bad experience

Chase Banking should never be an option is it convenient because they have locations everywhere maybe but the customer service no I will say it was someone on the customer service line that told me this but her response to my reporting transaction that werent mine was that and I quote should not be in shady places this woman didnt know me from a hole in the wall and had the audacity to tell me to avoid being hacked or having my information stolen I shouldnt go to shady places I am in fact a college graduate with a masters and own my own home bakery! I told her advice was unprofessional and it is in fact Chase obligation to protect my personal information that I entrusted them with. They should protect me they are a massive company with unlimited resources they should do their Job and protect their customers. My husband never used his debit card never even activated the card and yet someone stole his debit card number while on a business trip and Chase did nothing about it! I wonder if Chase understands that in essence they are letting these criminals get away with it essentially giving them a green light! Shame on them. I obviously went elsewhere to open my business account!
