        I have used Percy law as a closing attorney for many SBA loan closings in MA & RI , 7(a) and 504 and Express loans, and it has been a great experience. They are knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced, very accommodating to clients needs, willing to travel to closings. I highly recommend!

She immediately responded with my realtor and myself with all pertinent information. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot I didnt know. Courtney went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood all of the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this firm!
