Communication with the service department has been terrible. I have been trying to take care of two factory recalls on my Jeep. One of the recalls is a multi-day process, and in order to ensure that I have a vehicle during that time. I have attempted to arrange a date that works with getting a loaner vehicle. Every time I call I get past back-and-forth between the service desk and the service techs. I was told someone would reach out to me regarding a loaner availability. No one ever did. Called multiple times to get no answer. Only to find out a month into this process that they dont reserve vehicles they just have you call a day or so in advance of your appointment because they dont have enough cars to make a scheduled plan Meaning that a customer could be left without a loaner vehicle for multiple day service process for a recall that is a jeep issue. Not happy with this process for which Ive tried to be patient.
