I spoke with Matthew Martin himself this afternoon. I explained to him the issue I was facing but was confused and unsure on the entire matter. Matthew looked into the matter, gave me advice on what my options would be and steps I should take pursuing this. He was very educated, thorough, sincere and was completely honest with me. He told me that he doesnt believe I would need to seek his counsel due to the fact of my case being very small. He did offer to take it on for a fee but suggested I try to resolve the matter myself first. Most attorneys will not say anything other than hello and my retainer fee is. He took 20 minutes out of his day to help me and steer me in the right direction and for that I am forever grateful.
