        Yes I know - UPS store - but the people who have helped me there are really nice and helpful, and do a great job. So 5 stars - my ego to UPS store from now on.

        The individual working on Tuesday 12/7/21 should not work at UPS. He rudely REFUSED to wear a face mask, saying it was not required. The COVID numbers are increasing and omicron has already been observed in MA. I'm immunosuppressed and 60 years old and can't risk my health. How can UPS justify an employee not wearing a mask? I will have to use a different shipping service because the service at UPS is unacceptable.

        People rave about a UPS store? Clean, efficient, convenient but nothing special. Tried to charge me for tape to seal a box, which I found a bit extreme: manager was unwavering in this, which I found petty but is certainly their right. Best thing going for them is having Sorrentos next door: worth the trip just for slice.
