Although the service started out great, I've repeatedly left messages for 7 weeks and have heard nothing back. Several teacher friends also reached out to explore their services and never heard back. Very confusing situation.After waiting for weeks for a return call or email, I received a bill with no explanation of services...and they won't return a call requesting clarification. Would have loved to continue supporting them, but it's not respectful or useful if you can't communicate with your client. Service: Lawn care

While they were very responsive on the phone and setting up the job, the project we agreed upon was not done completely. I had not yet moved into the house, so I was no there on day of job. When I called to discuss my perspective on the job after I moved into the house, they said it was too late - that I needed to offer this feedback on the day that the work was done, and that despite the job not being done as discussed, I had to pay in full. So now we have spent a lot of money, for a half-finished job. I understand it was a timing issue - but still feel it could have been managed better. Additionally, their leaf removal pushed all the leaves onto our pachysandra, leaving us with a big spring clean up! Services: Lawn care, Yard work

I am very very pleased with the great job done today by High St. Lawn Unlimited. They were professional, thorough, reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend them! The team did an outstanding job installing a pond garden on my hillside, not an easy task! They did the job from breaking ground, dirt removal, liner installation, to placing heavy rocks around and in the pond. All the while cheerful and professional. They worked hard.
