Started the process on Monday, still dont have insurance by Saturday even though I told them I needed it ASAP and they said that wouldnt be a problem. Got insurance through an Amica rep in 1 hour so that I can actually get to work on Monday. Amica also asked me questions and customized my insurance based on my answers, the only questions McWalter bothered with were address, VIN, and my license number.

Really impressed with Karens amazing customer service. Definitely goes above and beyond for her clients. A fax was partially transmitted, and where most insurance companies would never reach out, she was on it first thing in the morning to let us know. Great job!

I had been with my previous insurance agency for years, just accepting what I had. By chance I had Jeff Cormier review my auto and homeowners policies and he found a few holes in my coverage that could leave me open to some potential risks. Long story short, he plugged them and gave me a complete solution for coverage - even shopping numerous other providers to find me the most competitive rates. All this with fantastic communication. There truly is a benefit to using a local insurance brokerage agency that you won't get at the big discount insurers and for that reason I whole heatedly recommend McWalter Volunteer insurance.
