I have called multiple times with a oven thats not working(I have two small kids so this is difficult) and I keep being told I will get a call back from Dan and its been 2 weeks with no call back and still no working oven.

Dan is EXTREMELY helpful and very frank about good and bad ideas. I was going to ask him to come assess my (Brand X) dishwasher for repairs -- and he told me that that brand was garbage and I should not waste my money repairing it. This guy is SO honest that he sent me off to buy a new dishwasher and made no money on the deal. This guy is amazing. I almost hope my new dishwasher breaks once out of warrantee so I can call him.

Dan the owner is very professional and very kind, polite and respectful he is also very knowledgeable and professional on what he does and extremely quick on assessing the issue and figuring out the problem as well as fixing it quickly also his pricing and prices for his services are extremely cheap/fair and reasonable compared to other people that are overpriced. I highly recommend this business
