I've been a member for quite a few years here at Freedom and love this credit union. I've been to just about every one of these branches mentioned here and never had a problem. For any of you who did have an issue, I urge you to give them a chance to turn it around and you'll be happy you did. Freedom Credit Union, the best banking institution around !!!!! Let me do your commercials !!!

I've stopped by to get legal documents notarized. I am not a customer @ this bank but every time they are terrific and help me right away. Much better then my bank (no names mentioned .....B of A) which requires an appointment next week.

It is always nice to realize that banking locally means the bank cares about the community. LOL Of course i figured that was the case before i brought my 4 year old in here because she learned about banks at preschool and wanted to exchange some quarters she had earned for some bills. Mind you just quarters and just a small amount, i was promptly turned away by the teller because we don't bank here. (I bank online with the same bank for years) and was just trying to do something fun with my kid. As I was walking out with a tearful child i figured we could try over at the Local TD Bank (where i also don't bank) they asked the same question but the senior teller immediately laughed and made an exception and they happily exchanged my 4 year olds $6 in quarters for HER. So i ask you, which bank cares more about the community? This occurred at the Ludlow Branch but cross posted to other branches as there is no main page to review
