I went to get an charged orange lemonade and asked for some help from an older black woman. She was mad that I dared to bother her when she was the only one near the register.
When I asked for my drink, she rudely exclaimed, "WE DONT HAVE ORANGE LEMONADE".
I pointed to the charged orange lemonade machine right behind her and she said, "UGH OKAY". I'm tired of Panera's bad customer service and I've decided to cancel my subscription after over a year of using it.
