      image I came to this branch because it was highly recommended. I was told correctly. This was my second time at this branch. I love it and I told them so. Whenever I think of banking, I think of this branch. The kindness and smiles are worth the distance. I love you M&T.

      image Horrible customer service, also waited in the drive through line for over 45 minutes, other vehicles were accumulating behind us. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They need to do better.
