        I dont typically ever write anything, but someone has to tell people about this one. I sat at the bar at around 930 on a Friday. The music was clearly broken, as there was a high pitched noise and an awkward silence in the room. Then on top of that, the two male bartenders were glued to the tv and were discussing their sports bets the entire time. The female bartender had to come take my order because the guys were so distracted. I rushed through my meal because the experience was so uncomfortable.

        I got the $32.00 fried clams 7 pieces dry and overcooked and rice pilaf was bland and tasteless I never going back. I have had much better clam dinners for less with more. I think legal is way OVERATED..

        Awful. Waited for 25 min after being seated at table Not offered even water ! Nothing. We were completely ghosted. Several servers just walked right by...zero acknowledgement. Even after we check with mgt, we were spurned. We left. Told the staff about the lack of service, and the fact we were leaving. They said it was understandable. Legal had slipped a lot since it was sold. They get an F. F-. Never returning. You have to be JOKING.

      Our two-story fish emporium elevates the 40-year legacy of our original location in Chestnut Hill (a few door down from where we are now). Here we feature a large raw bar, open kitchen and glass-enclosed lounge. In warmer months, we retract the lounge’s glass walls and ceiling for drinking under the sun or stars. And we open our patio, overlooking Hammond Pond, for al fresco dining. Join us upstairs at our restaurant or shop our fish market on the first floor.
