We first met Jeff when we were looking for a short term rental in the Watertown area. As we were relocating from out of state, we were both unfamiliar with the area and unable to visit the house in person prior to the lease start. Jeff was extremely helpful in giving us the lay of the land, providing a detailed virtual walkthrough and even setting up a video call with the landlords to make sure it was the right fit. We had such a good experience with Jeff that when we started looking to buy a house, we didnt hesitate to work with him. Given how competitive the housing market was at the time, Jeff helped us understand what to expect. He worked late nights and weekends to help find us potential options and to pull together all the necessary paperwork when we were ready to make an offer. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely responsive and very patient, helping us consider each house from all angles, never pressuring us. We would absolutely work with Jeff again and will recommend him to our friends and family.
