AVOID It's been a long, wasted 10+ weeks trying to get proof of service of two documents that Mark says he served. Not sure what is holding him back from getting paid for the job he supposedly did, but I'm tired of chasing him down. Emails and phone calls went unanswered unless I called from a different number that he doesn't recognize, and then he would make excuses that he's very busy and assured he would send me what I need that night (He did not and it's been weeks). Very unprofessional. We just reached out to another constable who got back to us on a Sunday night. Save yourself the time and find another more reliable constable.

Paid for service, never received paperwork back. Many phone calls asking about paperwork, many excuses why I didn't have it. Never use again. Waste of time and money.

DO NOT USE MARK. I see many similar complaints to what I experienced with Mark Weisberg, Constable. Mark served papers for me. About 10 days before my court date, I called him and asked if I was going to get a return of service. He said he sent it directly to the Court. When I showed up for my court date, there was no return, so my date had been cancelled. I called Mark and he told me he'd prove it later that day. I then contacted him 7 times over the next 10 days. He never returned my voicemails or texts and started dodging my calls forcing me to call from a different number. He again gave me his work he's prove he provided the court with return of service by the end of the week and, when the end of the week came, I didn't even get a call from him. I didn't find Mark to be a man of his word, or a professional who takes his job seriously and will be making a complain. Especially now that I took screen shots of the others who've made similar complaints, the public needs to be protected from him.
