Seasons 52

We had a strange night at Seasons 52. We sat in a booth in the bar. The booth they sat us in broke three times over the course of our stay there, and they kept fixing it instead of moving us. After 30 minutes of waiting, I had to ask the host stand if our server was going to come to us. We ordered drinks, apps, and dinner once he did. Our apps came, and we finished them, but we still had no drinks. Back to the host stand, I went and got a manager, Caitlin, who said there was broken glass in the ice bucket at the bar, so they were backed up, but she would make them. She walked over and put three warm, watered-down drinks on a tray. So, the server clearly forgot them. She should have remade them. She did take drinks and two side dishes off the bill. But what she did next was fantastic. We ended up having a conversation with her about how it had been a rough month because of family in the hospital, and we could not even get upset about the night. We just had to laugh. She came back and gave us a gift card to return. So, even though we had issues, she went above and beyond to make it better. Thanks, Caitlin; we will be back because of you and the food was great!

I love this place so much! The food is so good it could have eaten the entire menu. Our server was the nicest waiter I've has on a while too. Everything is very affordable too. I can't even begin to describe the dessert! Over best restaurant in town! Kid-friendliness: I am a kid and I loved it and the coloring sheets I got. Plus the kids menu
