        Stephanie's Florist is absolutely THE best in Boston! I called from out of state, Rita helped me and took a personal interest in filling my order - she described her available plants & added flowers and a beautiful porcelain container to make it a special gift. Thank you! I appreciate this smaller, family owned business ... Just an amazing experience,. FIVE Stars!!

        Flowers dead in a day 3 phone calls and emails sent no return call or emails to solve issue.

        Just plain odd. I telephoned to hopefully order flowers for a colleague and a woman who answered the telephone, promptly hung up on me. I immediately telephoned back and asked if she hung up on me and she went into this extremely long dialogue about being stressed out by marketing calls. Doesnt instill confidence after such an odd exchange from a business. Kind of disappointed because I am reading that their arrangements are stunning but for me great customer service is first and foremost.
