        The service is excellent. Our waitress Jami really cared about our feelings for the steaks that we ordered. She asked me how I felt about the steaks. I ordered my steaks to be cooked for medium rare but the kitchen overcooked the steak and it became too dry, I said. She offered to replace a new steak for me even though I said we were fine with the steak. She wanted to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the food. Even the manager came over to our table to apologize for the food that didnt meet our expectation. The service exceeded my expectation.

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.
