The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Ive been going with them for a couple of months now. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldnt be happier with the results. Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visits, I have become an advocate. Two Thumbs up and Five stars!

I just got home from my first ever appointment at Chestnut Hill Dental and I am extremely disappointed and shocked about how unprofessionally I was treated by the two people sitting at the front desk, Natalie and Alejandra. I have had several interactions with them in the recent past, including making them aware of a faulty registration link going out to clients they didnt even notice, and they seemed mostly nice and pleasant on the surface, although always a bit disingenuous. Their true colors showed today. After I finished making follow-up appointments with Natalie, I was walking up the stairs and hadn't even reached the top of the second set of stairs when I could clearly hear them say loud and clear "WHEW!" - as in sigh of relief - and they broke out in laughter. They continued to talk about me, along with details about my specific appointment, and even called over Rosie (or Roseanne, as I heard them say) to join their middle-school chat. This was all right out in the open, with clients in the adjacent waiting area. Incredibly unprofessional, immature, and irresponsible. There was absolutely no reason to talk about me or anyone else, unless it's for scheduling and other job reasons. There were also mean comments made about a client with a familiar name. Natalie and Alejandra did not realize I could hear all of this chatter, as they likely assumed I was already outside. However, I was right upstairs by the railing to wait for someone and could hear Natalie and Alejandra as clear as day. I went downstairs and was upfront with them about the situation. At first, they deflected, then denied, then apologized, and eventually acknowledged, and said it won't happen again. I was also told by them prior to today's appointment that it would take about 1.5 hours. It ended up being 3 hours, which I didn't mind, but Natalie and Alejandra were also making fun of that duration, saying this doctor is so new, etc. I liked this doctor and dental assistant. They just needed to figure out a lot of technology and were very thorough and helpful. This timing was not their fault, although I had to ask for a cleaning, which was supposed to be routine. I got a partial cleaning instead, but again, they were trying to figure out quite a lot and must have been overwhelmed. In fact, I will gladly give 1,000,000 stars to WOINI, the dental assistant, and Dr. Jones. Woini is one of THE kindest and most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She exemplifies exceptional customer service. Such a beautiful person, inside and out. Dr. Jones was also phenonomenal and a joy to chat with. She taught me a lot about my teeth and how to keep them healthy. Unfortunately, the choices made by Natalie and Alejandra at the front desk were poor and uncalled for. They were also openly discussing other patients and not in a good light. Really unacceptable to gossip, but also disrespecting patients' privacy by saying their names out in the open. I thought this place had more integrity, but there needs to be extensive re-training and basic common sense for Natalie and Alejandra. Zero stars for them and reviews posted by their personal circle should not be taken seriously. Infinite stars for Woini, who is an exceptional employee and human.
