        Caution... Very Rude Clerk/Owner... In true Chestnut Hill Mall behavior the shop clerk was abrupt and rude and chastised me for taking a picture of a painting with my phone I wanted to text share with a friend who I knew would be interested.... worth noting he didn't even say hello and we had been in the shop for a while before his first words were "NO PICTURES"

        Beautiful collection of art glass, paintings, and unique pieces. The prices are exceptionally reasonable - the quality is spectacular. Many items are "one of a kind". Worth a trip just to see this collection.

      Dear Mr. Nordstrom:l am very sorry that I offended you and 99% of the time I am able to greet people that come into my gallery as they enter and I am sorry for that. In the case of the photos, it is very clearly posted on the door as you enter the gallery as well as in the gallery that pictures are prohibited because of copywrite laws and the artists do not want pictures of their works taken. This is why I offered you a card allowing you to see all our art on our website which you chose not to take.In any case, I never want anyone to feel upset with me or my gallery so I apologize for that. The important thing for myself is that people can come in and enjoy the art without any pressure salesmanship and also to feel comfortable asking me questions about the artists and the art.Hopefully, you can forgive me and come back if you really like the art and feel free to say hello as well.BestPeter Ziegelman
