        Parked here for eight nights while on vacation in Florida. I never worried about my car. The online booking was easy and the parking lot is clean and feels safe and secure. A shuttle bus picked us up a few minutes after we parked. The driver was very nice and loaded and unloaded our bags for us. The airport is very close and we were brought to our terminal. The only issue was the parking spot number was hard to read. We had to use nearby ones to determine it.

        Have had positive experiences with pre-flight, however, this time, someone snapped my rear wiper arm off of my car while we were on vacation. Not worth it to park where your cars aren't protected.

        Boston parking is always a challenge but Im not sure these guys are the solution. Getting the bus back to the lot can involve a long wait. For us when the bus finally did arrive, he didnt stop and just took off like a race car driver at the Indy 500.

      Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the delay. We try to keep our shuttles running every 6-8 minutes, but they tend to bunch up during high-traffic times.
