Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea

The concierge was really helpful and nice. Lots of great little places to chill out and talk or work. Walls are a little thin so noise does travel. Everything else is very nice.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea during my time visiting Boston for PAX East. I really liked the hotel and if I come back to Boston I would definitely stay here again. My room was nice, clean, and comfortable. I do wish the temperature in the room went a little bit higher than 76 degrees because it felt cooler in the room at times. I liked having complimentary breakfast every morning and the airport shuttle was very timely and convenient.

From the moment I walked in Shantel greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to the property. She asked if there was anything else I would need during my stay. Seems she likes her job and enjoys good conversation. Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was great. Definitely will return.

I dont leave reviews often unless I am more than impressed with an experience. Yes, this hotel is in a great location, not far from the Downtown area in Boston, My room was nice and clean, but that is not why I am more than impressed. Kyle, the employee that checked me in and went above and beyond is the reason. My girlfriend and I drove 3.5 hours to stay here and commute to the downtown area to explore for the first time for a few days. From the moment I walked in, he greeted us in a very friendly manner & made sure we were attended to right away. Checked us in, gave us some extra helpful information about the area and our stay. He greeted us every time we walked past the lobby and asked how we were. Unfortunately, a day later into our trip my girlfriend received news her sister got admitted into the hospital. My first thought was the fact I already payed for my reservation here for the full stay and cancellation policies are strict. I brought my problem to attention to an employee named Daniel at the front desk and he said he would have to speak with someone else before anything. He went to the back and then came out with Kyle. Kyle immediately asked what happen & if everything was ok, and told me not to worry one bit and told my girlfriend hes very sorry to hear the news. He took care of my reservation and I was only charged for the night stayed. It shows he really did care and put hospitality first and I couldnt have had a better experience here. Thank you Kyle, again!!!
