Working with Peter was a great experience. He came through the property and listened to what my goals were, then provided a detailed contract with everything laid out. There was paperwork that, as a contractor, he was required to provide for the work. I would not have noticed at all if I didn't get them but the fact that he did shows his attention to detail. He was always good at communicating and the work was done well. I would recommend him.
